- Proven track record in air traffic management, airspace management, infrastructure, airports, technology integration, and UAS deployment in risky operating environments
- Major accomplishments include NAVLean Program implementation, nationwide ADS-B deployment, and FAA Cloud Services Systems
- Safety innovation - Implemented voluntary, non-punitive safety reporting system for air traffic controllers
- Industry leadership - Served on ATCA Board of Directors, Woolpert Aviation Advisory Board, FAA Joint Resources Council, FAA Airport Obstruction Steering Committee, Co-Chair of FAA Nav Lean Process Improvement, FAA/DOD/DHS/NASA UAS Steering Committee, and numerous industry and international, multi-lateral meetings
